Salman is the Founding Partner of this Law Firm, he is an arbitrator and litigation Lawyer, Salman has extensive experience in a vast range of banking and finance, corporate, commercial and business law matters. He also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of conventional and Islamic banks, based on the rules and regulations of the Central Bank of Bahrain’ Rules (CBB’ rules) and provisions of the Commercial Companies’ Law.

Mahmood is a licensed lawyer to attend all matters before the Courts in Bahrain  and was a Board Member of the Bahrain Bar Society in 2018 and 2019. He is ranked by Legal 500 in 2020 as a Leading Individual in Tier 1 for Dispute Resolution, and Notable Practitioner in Chambers & Partners. Mahmood is listed as a Certified Arbitrator before the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, a regional arbitration hub formed by GCC treaty, which has its regional office based in Bahrain.

Dawiya, holds a Bachelor degree in Law (2002) from the University of Beirut. Dawiya has extensive experience in intellectual property- copyrights, patents and trademarks. She is also a specialist in the preparation, drafting, and reviewing of commercial contracts, construction contracts and business law and legal memorandums. Dawiya can handle a wide range of legal issues and give legal opinions on matters concerning corporate, civil and commercial claims, and prepare the necessary legal studies for investment projects determination and negotiation 

Practice Lawyer, holds a Bachelor degree in Law (2012) from University of Bahrain, and a Master degree in Private Law (2020) from University of Bahrain in Conflict of jurisdiction and cross-border insolvency. 

Fatima joined the Law Firm in 2015, and she is a bilingual (English and Arabic) well experience in drafting the memorandum of associations of the commercial companies, and taking the procedures of establishing the commercial companies before the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. She also has well experience in legal practice such as civil, commercial, labour, business law and criminal matters. Fatima has also participated in many legal workshops.

Joined the Law Firm in 2022 as a Trainee Lawyer. Holds a Bachelor degree in Law (2022) from the University of Bahrain. Ali is a bilingual lawyer (Arabic and English) and now is involved in litigation and employment matters. 

  Mukhtar holds a bachelor’s degree in Management & Marketing (2015) from Ahliya University. Worked as Customer Service Team Leader in a telecommunication company in Bahrain, and team leader with other company in the same field. Worked in other jobs, such as retail Assistant and tour guide at the early age of his carrier. Had few managerial courses such as Quality Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation, and ISO 9001. Mukhtar is Excellent in communication skills, leadership skills, and punctuality.
