Salman is the Founding Partner of the Firm and a highly experienced litigation lawyer and arbitrator with extensive expertise in banking and finance, corporate, commercial, and business law matters. Throughout his legal career, he has advised and represented leading financial institutions, corporations, and businesses on complex legal transactions, regulatory matters, and commercial disputes.

Salman has particular expertise in banking and financial services, including mergers and acquisitions involving conventional and Islamic banks, structured in accordance with the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and the provisions of the Bahraini Commercial Companies Law.

His practice encompasses corporate transactions, corporate governance, commercial agreements, financial regulations, and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in advising clients on strategic business matters, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial arrangements, providing practical and commercially driven legal solutions.

As an arbitrator and litigation lawyer, Salman combines strong advocacy skills with in-depth knowledge of commercial and financial sectors, enabling him to effectively handle high-value disputes and complex legal challenges before Bahraini courts and arbitral tribunals.

Mahmood Al-Araibi is the Managing Partner of AlAraibi & Associates and a licensed lawyer admitted to appear before all levels of courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, and commercial advisory matters, representing local and international clients across a wide range of complex legal matters.

Mahmood has been actively involved in the legal profession and served as a Board Member of the Bahrain Bar Society for multiple electoral terms, contributing to the development of the legal profession in Bahrain. He is recognized by leading international legal directories, having been ranked by Legal 500 as a Leading Individual in Tier 1 for Dispute Resolution (2020) and recognized as a Notable Practitioner by Chambers & Partners.

He is a Certified Arbitrator before the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, a regional arbitration institution established pursuant to a GCC treaty, and has developed significant expertise in alternative dispute resolution and cross-border commercial disputes.

Throughout his practice, Mahmood has advised and represented clients in high-value and complex disputes involving commercial contracts, construction and engineering projects, insurance claims, corporate and business disputes, intellectual property and trademark matters, employment disputes, and regulatory issues. His experience extends to strategic litigation management, enforcement proceedings, and providing commercially focused legal solutions to businesses operating in Bahrain and the wider region.

Dawiya, holds a Bachelor degree in Law (2002) from the University of Beirut. Dawiya has extensive experience in intellectual property- copyrights, patents and trademarks. She is also a specialist in the preparation, drafting, and reviewing of commercial contracts, construction contracts and business law and legal memorandums. Dawiya can handle a wide range of legal issues and give legal opinions on matters concerning corporate, civil and commercial claims, and prepare the necessary legal studies for investment projects determination and negotiation 

Fatima is a Practice Lawyer at the Firm, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bahrain (2012) and a Master’s Degree in Private Law from the University of Bahrain (2020), with a specialization in Conflict of Jurisdiction and Cross-Border Insolvency. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Law, further strengthening her academic expertise and legal research capabilities.

Fatima joined the Firm in 2015 as a Trainee Lawyer and currently she is licensed lawyer admitted to appear before all levels of courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain. She is a bilingual lawyer fluent in Arabic and English. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, including drafting Articles of Association and corporate documents, and handling company incorporation and registration procedures before the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

Her practice encompasses a broad range of legal matters, including civil and commercial litigation, corporate and business law, employment disputes, and criminal matters. Fatima has also participated in various legal workshops and professional development programs, contributing to her comprehensive understanding of legal practice and client-focused solutions.

Joined the Firm in 2024 as a Trainee Lawyer and progressed into handling a diverse range of contentious and advisory matters. Hawra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bahrain (2024).

Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and enforcement proceedings, with experience in insurance-related disputes, construction and contracting matters, and intellectual property disputes, including trademark-related claims. She assists clients in navigating complex legal challenges through strategic analysis, effective case management, and tailored legal solutions.

Joined the Firm in 2025 as a Trainee Lawyer and has since developed experience in corporate and commercial legal matters. Masooma holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Bahrain (2025) and is a bilingual lawyer fluent in Arabic and English.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial advisory, employment law, and labour dispute resolution. She assists clients in managing legal risks, addressing employment-related challenges, and supporting corporate matters through effective legal research, analysis, and practical solutions.

Mitham is an experienced office management professional responsible for overseeing the firm's day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring the efficient coordination of legal support services. Skilled in managing office procedures, client relations, scheduling, document administration, and operational workflows. Committed to maintaining high standards of organization, professionalism, and client service while supporting the firm's legal team in delivering efficient and effective services. .
